OFFICIAL RULES

Lift Predictions is a free prediction game run by TORWOD LLC ("Organizer") under the Torokhtiy Media and Torokhtiy Weightlifting brands. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

Lift Predictions is an independent fan game. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF), the organizing committee or any national federation. Athlete names and entry totals come from publicly available entry lists. The order in which athletes are listed on the site is editorial and is not a rating or a prediction.

• Open to individuals who are 18 or older at the time of entry.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for checking that taking part is legal where you live.
• Employees and contractors of TORWOD LLC and members of their immediate households may play but are not eligible for prizes.

The game opens on the day the site is launched in October 2026. Predictions for each weight category close automatically at the start of that category's Group B session, as shown on the site in Ningbo time (UTC+8) and in your local time. In categories that also have Groups C and D, those earlier groups do not change the deadline: predictions still close when Group B starts. The last category closes on 8 November 2026 at 11:30 Ningbo time. Predictions received after a category's deadline are not accepted.

• Choose a weight category, pick the athlete you think will win and the winning total (snatch + clean & jerk) in kilograms.
• You can predict any number of the 16 categories. You can change a prediction until that category closes; changing a prediction resets its time.
• After your first prediction you give your email address once. It covers all your predictions and is needed to receive results and prizes. Predictions without an email address appear in the statistics but are not eligible for prizes.
• One person, one email address. One prediction per email address per category. Using several email addresses or devices to enter the same category more than once, automated entries, or any attempt to manipulate the game leads to disqualification.

• Correct winner: 2 points.
• Winning total: 3 points if exact, 2 points if within 5 kg, 1 point if within 10 kg. The two parts are scored independently.
• Maximum 5 points per category, 80 points across all 16 categories.
• Results are taken from the official IWF results as published when the Organizer calculates the scores. Later changes to official results (for example after anti-doping proceedings) do not change the game's scores or prizes.
• If the athlete you picked does not compete, your winner part scores 0; your total part is still scored against the actual winning total.

There are three independent rankings. You can win in more than one.

1. Overall leaderboard — total points across all categories.
2. Category champion — the most points in one category.
3. Exact total — every prediction that matches the winning total exactly.

Ties are broken by the higher number of exact totals, then by the earlier time of the latest change to the tied predictions.

Prizes:

• Overall 1st place: one year of Torokhtiy All Access — all training programs in the Torokhtiy library (store price US$199.90 per year).
• Overall 2nd and 3rd place: two digital training programs of the winner's choice.
• Overall 4th–10th place: one digital training program of the winner's choice.
• Overall 11th–50th place: a personal 25% discount code for store.torokhtiy.com.
• Category champion (16 categories): one digital training program of the winner's choice.
• Exact total: a personal 20% discount code for store.torokhtiy.com; in addition, one year of Torokhtiy All Access is drawn at random among all exact-total predictions (each exact total is one entry in the draw).
• Everyone who left an email: a 10% thank-you discount code in the results email (not a prize).

All prizes are digital and are delivered by email. A Torokhtiy All Access prize is opened directly on the winner's account for 12 months, needs no payment card and does not renew automatically. Digital training programs are chosen from the programs sold on store.torokhtiy.com. Discount codes are single-use, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value and expire on 15 November 2026 at 23:59 New York time. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Organizer may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any taxes that may apply.

Scores and rankings are published on the site after the competition, no later than 10 November 2026. Winners are notified by email from predictions@torokhtiy.com and must reply within 7 days with the details needed to deliver the prize. If a winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time or is ineligible, the prize passes to the next eligible person. Leaderboards show the name you entered, never your email address.

The Organizer may disqualify entries that break these rules, and may change, suspend or cancel the game if fraud, technical failure or events outside its control affect it, in which case prizes are awarded based on valid predictions received before that point. The Organizer's decisions on scoring and eligibility are final. By taking part you agree to these rules and to the Terms & Privacy Policy.
