TERMS & PRIVACY POLICY

Lift Predictions is operated by TORWOD LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste 5117, Sheridan, WY 82801-6362 · direct@torokhtiy.com ("we", "us"), which runs the Torokhtiy Weightlifting and Torokhtiy Media brands.

• The name you enter (shown publicly on the site) and your email address (never shown publicly).
• Your predictions and the times you made or changed them.
• Your choices on the two checkboxes and when you made them.
• A random device identifier and your unfinished drafts, stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your predictions on this device.
• Basic technical data used to run and protect the site, such as browser type, approximate country and a one-way hashed version of your IP address used only to limit abuse.

We do not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels on this site.

• To run the game: record and score your predictions, show statistics and leaderboards, and send you your results.
• To contact winners and deliver prizes and discount codes.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, for example duplicate entries.
• To send you weightlifting news and offers from Torokhtiy Weightlifting, only if you left the marketing checkbox ticked. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

We do not sell your personal data.

We use trusted service providers to run the site and send emails: website hosting and database (Lovable / Supabase), transactional email (Resend), newsletter (Mailchimp — only if you agreed to marketing) and our online store (Shopify — for discount codes). Some of them are located in the United States, so your data may be processed outside your country.

We process your data to provide the game you asked to join, on our legitimate interest in keeping the game fair and secure, and on your consent for marketing emails.

Game data is kept until 30 June 2027 and then deleted or anonymized. If you agreed to marketing, your email stays on our newsletter list until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to stop marketing, or to object to processing. Email direct@torokhtiy.com from the address you used; we reply within 30 days. Deleting your data removes your predictions from the game and from prize eligibility. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority; California residents have the rights given by the CCPA.

The game is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Use the site only for its intended purpose. Do not use bots, scripts or multiple identities, and do not try to interfere with the site or other players. Content on the site, including design, text and graphics, belongs to TORWOD LLC or its licensors. Athlete names and results belong to the public record.

The site and the game are provided "as is". Athlete lists, schedules and results are shown for information and may contain errors or change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, TORWOD LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the game.

We may update these terms and this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; important changes will be shown on the site.
